Neva Foust is a founding partner of Foust & Foust, PLLC. She graduated in the top ten percent of her class and with magna cum laude designation from Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law. Neva is also a Certified Public Accountant and has Masters in Business Administration.
John "Rusty" Foust is a native of beautiful East Tennessee. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a degree in Biology and a concentration in Biochemistry, Cellular & Molecular Biology. He enjoys getting to know his clients and providing them with peace of mind with estate planning decisions.
